Named Collective’s DESTROY Micro Shorts

WONDERLAND LOVES

One day of warmth and sunshine and I’m already thinking about how I’m going to minimise the amount of fabric on my body come summertime. The London-based label Named Collective must have been listening in on my thoughts, as its latest drop, “DESTROY,” includes the pair of micro shorts of my dreams. Releasing on March 24th, the scandalous itty-bitty bottoms feature corset-like detailing, with its eyelets and lace-up features.

Rachel Sennott in Balenciaga

WONDERLAND LOVES

Variations of the phrase “In Rachel Sennott we trust” have to be my most used words on Letterboxd. Now throw her in a Balenciaga campaign shot by Nadia Lee Cohen and suddenly my knees are giving in and I’m not sure what to do with myself. Only question I have is, will we continue to see this level of serve post Demna’s exit?

Nobu Shoreditch

WONDERLAND LOVES

Who doesn’t love a bit of crispy rice and miso black cod, right? I headed down to Nobu, tucked away in the heart of Shoreditch, a few weeks ago for a meal that quickly turned into a dining experience of a lifetime. With a one-off offering of an omakase menu curated by Chef Nobu himself, my usual favorites had to take a back seat— in Chef Nobu we trust! From the freshest oysters to a melt-in-the-mouth sushi platter, it was a true feast, curated to perfection! Nobu, you’ll be seeing me again.

The Devil Wears Prada: The Musical

WONDERLAND LOVES

As with any remake, when I heard that The Devil Wears Prada was hitting the West End with a musical makeover, I was slightly skeptical. But, just like most of us, I secured tickets last year, hoping the play would be a sparkling, all-singing, all-dancing ode to the original—and it was just that! With an Elton John-curated score of catchy, fashion-forward ballads, a wardrobe that rivaled the original film’s iconic looks, and a knockout cast (as an Ugly Betty stan, Vanessa Williams’ portrayal of Miranda Priestly was simply jaw-dropping), it’s a show I’ve been urging anyone and everyone to watch.

INUIKII Bomber Star Snow Boots

WONDERLAND LOVES
Via @inuikii

London winters—two things you can always expect: an endless stretch of grey skies and crisp temperatures, but absolutely no snow. So, even in my most delusional rom-com-esque fantasies, I never imagined a pair of snow boots would become one of my most-worn shoes of the year. But this INUIKII number was ready to prove me wrong. Not only are they the coolest shoes one can sport, but they’re also the cosiest, most comfortable pair living in my wardrobe this season. A hug for your feet, a treat for your sole, astronaut chic at its finest. Suddenly, I’m in no rush for spring.

Awake NY x Marshall Collab

Moving flats can be so! Stressful! But on the other hand, what a joy it is to have a new space to fill with trinkets and fun little plates you’ll probably never use. One thing I do use all the time, though, is my speaker. After all, they say a good speaker is what makes a house a home. A crisp sound, deep bass, Bluetooth that won’t leave you waiting to press play—non-negotiables. But what if your speaker also looked so good it doubled as decor? Enter Marshall’s new collaboration with fashion label Awake NY. Named Acton III, it celebrates sound as a bridge between art, design, and community—and what a match made in sonic heaven that is.

PATRÓN El Alto

WONDERLAND LOVES

If you’re hitting somewhere fancy this weekend, so might see PATRÓN El Alto, the latest liquid-gold expression from the world’s number one ranked premier tequila. This is no run-of-the-mill project, this is the finest work to date from one of the best do it; a blend of Extra Añejo, Añejo, and Reposado tequilas, each aged to peerless potency, with effervescent hints of caramel, honey and vanilla. Trickling into London’s luxury nightlife, you’ll understand the hype as soon as the liquid touches your lips.

LVLS, in Hackney Wick

WONDERLAND LOVES

New Hackney Wick-based watering hole LVLS has got everything you’d want from a boozer—and more. Student deals, a comprehensive cocktail menu, multiple pool tables, and a canal-side decked out smoking area? Count me in. And that’s without even mentioning its bottom floor gig venue, with high profile and new wave artists alike opting to host their London shows in the 250-capacity spot. Get down there before the folklore gets out of control.

Earl of East’s Limited Edition Croissant Candle

WONDERLAND LOVES

There’s nothing like the scent of a pastry shop as you walk in to peruse the counter. Buttery, warm and homely, it’s something that’s almost impossible to bottle—but in Earl of East’s case, they went one step further: decanting its exact aroma into a hand-poured, soy wax candle. Encased in the brand’s iconic cuppa that can be used for fresh brews when the candle has burned through, the limited edition Croissant Candle is the newest hit to a line inspired by a patisseries favourites including milk buns, an americano and iced matcha. With Mother’s Day just around the corner, it’s the perfect gift to make someone special’s house feel more like home… But a word of warning, it smells so good you’ll want a bite—I just recommend an actual pastry instead.

July Child Jewellery’s Sabrina Carpenter Collection

WONDERLAND LOVES

July Child is no stranger to Wonderland Loves—after all, it’s a jewellery brand I have found impossible to break up with. And its latest goodies are yet another example why… Introducing, the Sabrina Carpenter inspired collection. When a happenstance meeting with Sabrina Carpenter herself befell the brands founder, Sinead Flood, a line of rings, necklaces and bracelets were born: and the star had her own ideas of what should be emblazoned on their interlocking hearts. Proudly sporting the infamous slur laced in her single, “Please, Please, Please”, the collection allows us all to bid that ‘mother fucker’ goodbye…and look good doing it. Available to pre-order from July Child’s website, each sterling silver or gold-plated piece is made to order with love and vengeance. It’s got Sabrina’s kiss of approval…need I say more?!
