Native to the deserts of Central America, this nocturnal cactus bloom has achieved near-mythical status. Its scent — a seductive blend of jasmine and spice — can travel for miles through the night air, becoming a botanical symbol of mystery, sensuality, and transformation.
SEVENTY ONE dramatically redefines gin. Rested in cask, it brings together absolute perfumery precision with an obsession for balance. And at the core of its composition lies — you guessed it — the Queen of the Night.
This year, the brand will celebrate the bloom globally, with one-night-only rituals planned in London, New York, Paris, Istanbul and Dubai. Each city will pay tribute to the flower’s fleeting beauty, as some of the world’s most influential bars and bartenders craft cocktails inspired by dusk, midnight and dawn.
To mark this rare phenomenon, SEVENTY ONE unveils a new documentary tracing the flower’s journey from desert myth to distillation. In parallel, a live camera feed will stream the bloom in real time from within the brand’s private botanical garden, where the Queen of the Night is cultivated under meticulous environmental control and harvested by hand at the zenith of darkness — when its scent reaches its peak.
