A LITTLE SOUND IS ON REPEAT

Netsky, Clipz, Wilkinson: rising DJ and producer A Little Sound talks the tracks that influenced her new single “Area Code”.

A Little Sound is On Repeat

Quickly establishing herself as an emerging mainstay in the UK dance environment, A Little Sound and her emotive DnB is proving a winning formula on the live circuit and streamers alike. After a frenzied festival-fuelled summer last year, the DJ and producer has continued to build up steam for an even bigger season ahead in 2025.

She now shares “Area Code”, an atmospheric and immersive new track with contributions from legend S.P.Y and CMD/CTRL, that further cements her sonic dexterity and heavy beatsmithery. Below, she tells Wonderland about the tracks that inspired it.

Listen to “Area Code”…

A Little Sound’s On Repeat…

Metrik ft. Rothwell – “We Got It” (S.P.Y Remix)

A timeless classic that turns every dance floor into the biggest singalong.

Sub Focus, Pola & Bryson, Kelli-Leigh – “Waiting”

The perfect combo of a catchy topline and hard hitting prod.

Kings of the Rollers & Katy B – “Paradise”

This one takes me to my own little paradise with Katy B’s hypnotising vocal.

Arcando Remix – “Jungle”

This drop hits so good it makes me want to hear it again and again.

Netsky, Hybrid Minds, Grafix – “Let Me Hold You” (Grafix Remix)

Such a gorgeous remix of a gorgeous track.

The Prototypes, LOWES – “Reason”

Obsessed with this combination.

Au/Ra – “Panic Room” (Culture Shock Remix)

This vocal and DNB were made for one another.

Clipz & Rose Gray – “Touch”

The catchiest, most casual little number that I can’t get enough of, it just creeps up on you.

Wilkinson & Becky Hill – “Here For You”

This track makes me feel so much all at once.

Charlotte Plank – “Rage”

A perfect example of the major minor combo that inspires so many.
