The Independent Music Awards have shared their 2024 nominees, with Jorja Smith, Barry Can’t Swim, CASISDEAD and many more boasting nods.

Celebrating the achievements of the UK’s thriving independent scene, the AIM Awards have announced a comprehensive list of 2024 nominees from across the UK and within a plethora of musical genres. Leading the pack with two nominations are Jorja Smith, CASISDEAD, Barry Can’t Swim and Sampha, whilst other artists under contention for this year’s revered awards include Fontaines D.C., Ezra Collective, Headie One & K-Trap, and Wunderhorse.

More categories and nominations will be announced in the coming months, with the ceremony set to take place at London’s Roundhouse on 17th October. There will also be public voting for ‘Best Live Performer’, which is open for fans to have their say here.
