In case you haven’t heard, there’s a milestone happening in town. One of London’s famous landmarks, and haven to all those fashion curious, Harrods marks its 175th anniversary this year. In the spirit of celebration, and commemorating decades of storytelling, Swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin steps up to support the party.
‘Swiss Made’ might feel all too far away sometimes, but discover the world of the high-end watchmakers through a unique, immersive Xydrobe experience on your doorstep. From now until 21st July, embrace your inner watch nerd (or newbie, because all are welcome), through an “Exceptional Voyage.”
Commence your journey with a virtual reality experience in a 20-seat cinema room inaugurated for the event, followed by an exhibition diving into the Maison’s unique heritage models, like you’ve never seen before. Of course, the Swiss stalwarts don’t just stop there. To truly capture the union, the Maison has released a single-piece edition watch, titled Les Cabinotiers Armillary Tourbillon. If you weren’t blown away by the exhibition alone, the 671 brilliant-cut diamonds that come in this high jewellery watch might just do that.
